1. All returned merchandise must be returned within 25 days of the invoice date, in order to receive full credit. Credit will be applied to your account. 2. You must supply us with either your original PO number or PDME invoice number or our PDME delivery ticket number that the product was purchased and/or shipped on. 3. A “pick up ticket” will be issued in order to pick up the merchandise from your location. You should allow for 2 to 3 days for us to pick up the merchandise. Return merchandise cannot be picked up for credit by a PDME driver, without a “pick up ticket” being issued. 4. A credit memo for the returned merchandise will be issued only after a thorough examination of the product has been completed and meets the following requirements: • All merchandise must be in the original box or container and be suitable for resale. Full credit will not be issued for merchandise that does not meet these requirements. 5. All returnable product will not be accessed any fees. Customers whose monthly return merchandise exceeds 6% of their monthly sales amount, will be accessed a 25% restocking fee on the returned merchandise. 6. Any product requiring assembly before shipment is non-returnable. 7. Special order merchandise is non-returnable. Special order merchandise is defined as any product that is not contained within our e-commerce data base or our general line catalog or a bulk purchase that is made from one or any of our vendors on your behalf. 8. Defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. This merchandise will be picked up by a PDME driver or a “call tag” issued through UPS. Full credit will be issued to your account upon complete examination of the product. The replacement product will be reshipped and billed.
